DeLano Motel – Policies, Terms & Agreements

This Agreement is entered into between DeLano Motel & RV Park and Guest for the property outlined in the confirmed booking/reservation.
This property is privately owned and operated. The DeLano Motel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables. You understand there are no refunds for leaving early. All rooms are paid for in advance.

TERM: The term of occupancy shall begin on the arrival date and end on the departure date strictly for the number of nights outlined in the confirmed booking/reservation. The property will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 4:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) on the arrival date. Late arrivals after 10:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) must be arranged with management in advance. Room must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM (Mountain Standard Time) on the departure date. Staying later than 10:00 AM (Mountain Standard Time) without making prior arrangements will result in another days charge and be added to your credit card. Significant delays in vacating the room can result in substantial charges ($100/hour plus potential costs for accommodating the next guest). Next day reservations will take priority over those who do not communicate with us regarding your check-out time.

PAYMENT METHODS
CREDIT/ DEBIT CARDS: A valid credit card is required to guarantee all online reservations. Please note that the following credit cards are accepted: Visa and Euro/Mastercard.
CASH: Walk-in guests may pay by cash at check-in; however, a credit card must be presented to authorize a $100 incidental deposit, which will be released upon check-out pending room inspection and any outstanding charges.

PAYMENT POLICY: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
DeLano Motel & RV Park reserves the right to charge guests card at 4 PM (Mountain Standard Time) 48 hours prior to arrival. A damage deposit of $100 is required on arrival per room. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property after your departure and any outstanding charges. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed on booking site. Due to safety and fire code regulations, there is a maximum occupancy limit set for every room. This occupancy limit is based on state and federal regulations in regards to the size and space of each room. Every person, regardless of age, is considered as one (1) person and is counted towards the maximum occupancy limit of persons for that room and location.
If DeLano Motel concludes that this policy has been breached, DeLano Motel reserves the right to evict the entire party with no refund. Parties or events are not allowed.

GROUP RESERVATIONS: Rent the entire Motel, including all 10 rooms, for your family reunion or large group gathering.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel free of charge until 4:00 PM (MST) at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. This policy does not apply to group reservations.

CHANGES TO RESERVATION: If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact the motel. We will try and accommodate your changes based on availability. Prices are subject to change based on availability. You must make the changes at least 48 hours priors to original date of arrival to avoid cancelation charges. *Reservations made through Booking.com (or their subsidiaries) , must be changed through Booking.com (or their Subsidiaries)

NO SUBLETTING: Guest may not sublet or assign this Agreement for all or any part of the premises under any circumstances.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 11 and under stay free. Room rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest aged 12 or older will incur a USD $10.00 nightly charge.

The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Mountain Standard Time.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is daily housekeeping provided. It is only available in the morning hours. If you choose to not have housekeeping for the day, please put your "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of the door. If you find that your room was clean, please feel free to leave a tip for the housekeeper.

CARE OF PREMISES/DAMAGES: Violation of these or any of the House Rules constitute grounds for automatic eviction plus forfeit of deposit and all booking/reservation cost if violated. Guest agrees to pay DeLano Motel for any damages to the

property, grounds, furnishings, or household items caused by Guest during its occupancy. This will include payment of any additional cleaning charges incurred due to Guest’s occupancy. Damage policy: Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the property. This includes stained linens, broken furniture, damaged walls, or any damage that requires repair or excessive cleaning.

NO PET POLICY: For the convenience of our guests and in an effort to provide the cleanest allergy free accommodations, pets are not permitted in the rooms or on the premises. If a pet is discovered in the rooms or on the premises, a cleaning fee of $400 will be charged to the guest's credit card. The guest will be asked to leave without a refund.
Registered Service Animals (defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability, with the task directly related to the individual’s disability), under ADA regulations, are the exclusion--PRIOR NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED. Please understand that Emotional support animals are considered pets. Pets may not be left unattended in vehicles.

The following rules are in place:
Guests with Service Dogs are responsible to pick up after their dog and dispose of pet waste in the exterior garbage cans. Any dog waste left on the property constitutes “damage” and damage fees apply.
If Service Dog defecates or urinates on carpets, guests will be responsible for costs associated with professional carpet cleaning.
If Service Dog causes any other damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for repair costs.

NO SMOKING & NO E-CIGARETTE POLICY: Smoking or Vaping of any kind is not permitted in the
rooms. **RECREATIONAL CANNABIS (MARIJUANA/WEED) IS ILLEGAL IN UTAH**. If we discover that you have smoked in the room or have left cigarette butts, etc. in the room, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $300.
Smoking and vaping are only permitted at least 30 feet away from the building and all exterior doors. Please put your cigarette butts in receptacles located on the premises outside. Do not walk in a room with any device you are smoking. You will be charged the cleaning fee.
This policy is in place to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests and to comply with local health and safety regulations.

COVERED PARKING: All ten rooms include one covered parking space located directly in front of the room. This complimentary parking is reserved for registered guests only. If you have additional vehicles or visitors, please notify the front desk. Our staff will be happy to direct you to the appropriate parking area.

NO BARBECUES OR OPEN FLAMES:
For safety reasons, barbecues, grills, and open flames are not allowed on the property. Please do not bring your own grill or attempt to cook under the covered parking area.

SECURITY CAMERAS: DeLano Motel has installed security cameras at its property to monitor public and common spaces.

HOST’S RIGHTS: Guest agrees that if the conditions and limitations set forth herein are not met, Host shall have the right to cancel this agreement and may enter the Property, either by statutory proceedings or by force, to inspect the Property and ensure that Guest has vacated the Property. All monies paid by Guest shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.

NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE: Guest and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience other guests or neighbors. The premises may not be used for any unlawful purposes or activities. Fireworks are not allowed at any time.

By signing this Rental Agreement, you acknowledge that you will comply with the terms of this agreement, and each assumes the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein. You (Guest) acknowledges that they have read, accept, and agree to the terms set forth.
